Self-audit documents

Self-audit templates for initial accreditation and renewal for each award can be downloaded here. Schools have found these documents to be a good starting point when preparing for assessment of the award. They can also be used as the basis of a final submission to an assessor or as the assessment visit ‘check-list’ for an assessor.

The order of the elements in each document has been intentionally altered from 1 – 10. The elements have been arranged in four groups – Elements 2, 3, 1 and 10; Elements 4 and 5; Elements 6, 7, and 8; Element 9.
